Autumn Chopped Salad

Serves 6

6 cups chopped lettuce greens

(romaine, or other dark greens)

1 pear, chopped

1 apple, chopped

¼ cup sliced almonds

¼ cup dried cranberries

¼ cup light feta

¼ cup poppy seed dressing

2 Tablespoons balsamic vinegar

Instructions: Chop lettuce into bite size pieces and place in bowl. Cut and chop pear & apple (leave skin on) and add to salad. Add almonds, cranberries, and feta. Mix together poppy seed dressing and balsamic vinegar then add to salad and toss to evenly coat salad.

Add grilled chicken to make it a meal!
Preparation Time: 20 minutes prep

A perfect side salad for fall! I made this for a family dinner over the weekend, and it was very popular! I let family add their own dressing and feta cheese to their preference.
